Creek County Jail Mugshots Overview
The Creek County Sheriff's Office displays booking photos on the official adult inmate search. The roster cards use the photo as the clickable profile image, and the public detail data includes an Image field. The research did not find a separate official daily mugshot gallery, a released-booking archive, or a public historical photo database for Creek County.
A mugshot on the Creek County roster should be read as a booking record, not proof of guilt. The jail image is created during intake after a person is brought to the Creek County Jail / Creek County Justice Center. Formal charges, amendments, dismissals, pleas, and dispositions belong in court records after the District Attorney files a case.

Creek County Booking Photo Fields
The booking photo appears beside other roster data. The public Creek County API sample showed that the image is stored as a base64 JPEG, not just a static image URL. The roster does not label photo angle, does not show a side-profile image in the inspected sample, and does not publish height, weight, hair color, eye color, housing unit, or attorney fields.

Are Creek County Mugshots Public?
Oklahoma law treats many jail and law-enforcement records as public if the agency keeps them and no separate exemption applies. Creek County currently publishes booking photos for current adult roster entries. That does not mean every historical photo, investigative image, juvenile record, sealed case, or subpoena-limited report is available from the website.
Oklahoma public-record rules:
51 O.S. Section 24A.8 requires law-enforcement agencies to make specified records available if kept, including arrestee descriptions and jail registers or booking information.
51 O.S. Section 24A.30 covers court records, which is where sealing, expungement, and case outcomes are usually confirmed.
How Long Mugshots Stay
The Creek County research did not find a posted retention window for online mugshots. The safest reading is narrow: booking photos are visible for current roster entries, while released or transferred people may drop from the public roster. The sheriff's no-result message tells users the search may be updating and directs them to VINE if the inmate may have been released or transferred.
What is and isn't public: Current adult roster photos are public online when posted by the sheriff. Juvenile detention records, sealed records, active-investigation material, and subpoena-only reports may be withheld or routed through court process.
Request Creek County Booking Photos
If a Creek County booking photo is not on the current roster, use the Sheriff's Office Records Division. The records page says requests may be made in person Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by email at info@creekcountysheriff.gov. A request should describe the record sought, state whether it is for business or personal use, identify the requester, and include a mailing address and phone number.
The records page says crime victims are entitled to one free copy of their incident report, but it does not state that every mugshot or photo copy is free. Some reports can be emailed, while others may require a subpoena. If the requested image is tied to a juvenile matter, sealed court order, active investigation, medical or legal mail issue, or other protected record, the custodian may deny, redact, or require court authority.
Mugshot Removal and Sealing
No Creek County mugshot-removal policy was located in the official pages reviewed. Oklahoma public-record law generally supports access to booking records if kept, but a sealing or expungement order can change public access. A dismissal alone does not automatically prove that every public booking image must vanish from every public source.
For a dismissed, sealed, or expunged matter, confirm the court order through the Creek County Court Clerk or counsel, then direct any record-update request to the sheriff's records custodian with the order details. The Oklahoma DOC locator may show offender photos for state-sentenced prisoners, but ODOC warns that its data is abbreviated and not a full sentence or offense file. The BOP public locator and ICE ODLS are separate federal systems and are not mugshot galleries.
